I’m a Chef sponsoring the real Italian Cuisine in the world. All the dishes I cook respect the tradition of the regions they originated, and I pass on to the consumer this real essence that also includes the story telling of the history and culture where this dish originated.
My education includes a diploma at the cooking academy in Italy, but I also learn of the production of some Italian typical products by attending courses at the production facilities like: Prosciutto Crudo (Parma or San Daniele), Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar (original recipe), Porcini Mushrooms.
I used to work for a restaurant in Milano and participate to a TV cooking shows, but due to the pandemic, the restaurant has been closed and I was forced to rearrange my activities.
So today my main activities are personal Chef, offering several menus with easy dishes for people to cook in their home with my attentive supervision, I organize cooking corses either individual or for groups, and I started the first Italian Team Building service that allow employees smart working to feel a great team experience while cooking in their own home.
