A Grammy Winner 🎶
and The Queen of Twitter 👑
— Saturday Night Live – SNL (@nbcsnl) December 13, 2020
During Dec. 12’s episode of Saturday Night Live, we were treated to something we never thought we’d see: Timothée Chalamet as Harry Styles. In a skit celebrating Dionne Warwick as the queen of Twitter, Ego Nwodim’s Warwick asked Chalamet’s Styles the tough questions, like what exactly “Watermelon Sugar” means. Did we ever think we’d hear a direct answer to this question? No, and we most certainly didn’t think we’d hear Chalamet as Styles say, “I think it’s just about summer, some people think it’s about oral sex.” As if Chalamet as Styles wasn’t enough, we also got to witness Chloe Fineman as Chalamet, Pete Davidson as pal Machine Gun Kelly, and Melissa Villaseñor as “William Eyelash.” You can witness Chalamet/Styles inception in the sketch above.
